To create your personalized song, we need:

  • Desired mood
  • Preferred voice type

  • Additional options (exact phrase, express delivery)

4. Prices and payments

4.1 Prices

  • Base personalized song: $30,000 ARS
  • Exact phrase: +$5,000 ARS
  • Express delivery (24h): +$10,000 ARS

4.2 Payment methods

We accept payments through Mercado Pago, including credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers.

4.3 Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Mercado Pago. We do not store credit card information.

5. Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 48 hours
  • Express delivery: 24 hours

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and workload.

6. Quality and satisfaction

6.1 Quality guarantee

We commit to delivering a professional quality song that meets your specifications.

6.2 Revisions policy

We include up to 3 free revisions for your personalized song. These revisions allow you to request minor adjustments to the lyrics, melody or style of the song to ensure your satisfaction.

Conditions for revisions:

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Requested changes must be reasonable and not completely alter the song
  • Changes that require recreating the song from scratch are not allowed
  • Revisions are processed within 24-48 hours

6.3 No refunds policy

Due to the personalized and creative nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the creation process has begun.

7. Song usage

7.1 Personal use

The song is for personal use only. Commercial use, public distribution or monetization is not permitted without written authorization.

7.2 Copyright

Gift that Song retains copyright of the musical composition. You have the right to use the song for personal purposes.

8. Liability limitations

Gift that Song will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services.

9. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
